Maria is an ISSA and FMS Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist based out of Edmonton, AB. She has a passion for helping people create healthy lifestyle habits - providing training programs that reflect their goals as well as offering sound nutritional advice.

 

Growing up in a large competitive household, Maria had the opportunity to play and excel at several different sports including basketball, soccer, competitive swimming, and triathlon. In 2016, she represented Team Canada at the Triathlon Age Group Worlds in Cozumel, Mexico. Recently, Maria has expanded her sport resume to include Spartan Races, rugby and the occasional golf outing. 

 

When she's not racing or hitting a new PR in the gym, you can find Maria outside enjoying nature or spending time with her nieces and nephew.
